Sometimes we don't always see our own issues clearly or at all. In a group people see themselves with brilliant clarity -- obstacles, problems, things that stop them.

How do coaching groups work?
Basically it works like this:
- 5 to 8 people meet via teleconference call;
- geography is never an issue -- members can call in from anywhere;
- regularly scheduled sessions are typically 75 minutes;
- members present their own agenda, receiving coaching, feedback, and support;
- members set their own best goals & gain accountability from the group;
- coaching fee are paid, monthly.

How is coaching different from therapy or consulting?
Unlike therapy, which goes into depth about various issues, usually dealing with the past, and consulting which generally results in giving the client answers, coaching is more action-oriented and focuses primarily on the present and future. Coaches enable clients to determine their own "answers" though the work done in the coaching partnership.
We work only with clients who can use us well. We are not therapists, parents, caretakers, or financial planners. We refer clients to the best available professionals for their psychological, health, and financial concerns. We help clients reach their goals.
